Lost Order (Again)

Does anyone have a number for RUI? Twice now the web site shows the order shipped but USPS doesn't have tracking info beyond being notified of the shipment. Last time it took over a month to get RUI to reship the order. Help!

I have the same issue... The usps tracking number has no info and i emailed them, they said usps hasnt updated the info. the order was processed 8 days ago. I just sent a pm. hopefully this will help

Thats strange, I have never had an issue over the years with RUI.
Sometimes usps take a while to get it in there system even when its on its way. once i had an order (not form rui, was supps) never show up in tracking yet I got it to my door.
maybe its a tracking issue on there end and not the order itself?
either way RUI will take care of you and I assure you you will get your order.
They have NEVER seen them screw anyone over from all the years I have been on this forum.
