
Late night cravings are difficult to resist and when those munchies kick in, something convenient and quick is what we’re looking for! This low carb protein pudding recipe takes about a minute and a half to make and satisfies that sweet tooth before bed!
Ingredients:
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein (Elite Whey is my favorite)
1 Tbsp Banana Cream Sugar-Free Pudding Mix
3 Packets of Sweetener (I use PureVia)
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Half and Half
1/2 tsp Butter Extract
Cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl mix thoroughly

2. Chill in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes
3. Garnish with cinnamon if you wish and enjoy!
