Well had some blood work done due to feeling pretty run down over the past year nearly and my libido has sucked along with other signs of low test.

Came back with a total test of 363. My doc says im fine and within range... im like WTF im not 80 years old.

Not to happy with this number, im going back tomm morning for another blood test and to check my free test as well after arguing with him for awhile.

Ive ran a few PH's but its been over a year and i had proper pct with a serm of course. Sadly I never had my test checked so I don't know where I was before tampering with PH's.

I just signed up at maximushrt.... hope im not too young to possibly get some help from this guy if needed.

I will follow-up with my second numbers

Get it fixed. 363 is too low to have a good sex life and a good work life, and probably to low to have either or as well.

re

wtf, my free test came back as 350 at 23 yrs old years old, and i might add im in great shape, never used aas, and am otherwise totally healthy. I think im gonna ask for the full male panel blood test to find out whats going on. Fucking 80 year old level test is shittt @ 23...and its only gonna get worse...fucking shit!

re

Free test of 350 is pretty good Slair... If that was total test, I'd be worried.

yea i said that wrong my total test is 350, not free test. Just so gay having such a low t level at such a young age. Although i realize some have it even worse. However, i'm not one of those people with a disease or in terrible shape, or awful diet and stress. I always knew my balls hated me!

I'm right there with you bro. Tested 268 at 23 and had never done a cycle before.

To Op (24 yr old)

Run another strong restart post cycle therapy (pct) (hcg, clomid). Cut out foods that encourage estrogen and add more that encorage natty test. Do not do anymore oral roids. Do heavy lifting (squads / deads) that helps encourage natty test production. Eat organic. Avoid soy and platics. Retest blood.

Your young enough you will probably recover natty given the chance.

Edit: looks like you are already going the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) way. Good luck. Chip will give you good advice.

ya it would be very risky not to get on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) being that young with a 200-300 level. Test level needs to be at least 700 no matter what your age.

Please keep up updated bro.
While I'm not sure I would have resorted to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at 363 right out of the gate, especially since your OP did not complain of any/many symptoms, I'm glad you ARE taking action about things you are not satisfied with regarding your body and hormones.

Plus, it's not like your T is gonna go any higher. Might as well cut to the chase and go for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) now. Good luck :)

I'm in the same boat. I'm 26 and last time I checked my natural total test levels were around 350.

Got on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and got fucked up with acne so I got off it and I'm looking for a natural way to increase my T levles... MoparMuscle you said your brother got his T up naturally? What did he do?

He's going to a hormone specialist that's a "homiopath" / uses natural stuff (I think she also does "bio identical test shots" if needed (I have no idea what that means). I'm not sure what's all involved but I know it's a lot of work (organic food, speical filtered water, homeopathic shit, avoiding a list of foods, chemicals and products".

Way Too much work for me lol.

My sister when to the same lady and got her Thyroid working in it's own after 2 years on thyroid meds. Seems sorta quack quack to me but apparently the blood tests show vast improvement so it works.

I'll never try it, it would probably costs them a a bundle but apparently insurance covers it? Who the fuck knew... Lol... I'd do a search in your area see if there is someone that fits the bill, might be worth a shot, probably doesn't work for most (but to be honest that could be my own biase). testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) seems so much simplier and even if it worked I can't say I'd be happy at 600-700 now that I have run higher...
