Low testosteron with one testicle

Thank you for the feedback
Accually I don't track my diet macros, and I am not much aware of fat amount in my daily diet.
I would like to try all my options before TRT. So I'll Get my lipids, TSH and Vitamin D checked and keep you posted. and I'll disscus HPTA restart with my doctor. although I am not sure if he knows what this is.
Thanks again
You have two basic choices. 1) Try an HPTA restart. Probably won't work though long-term but not much downside in trying it first. This would involve running hCG followed by SERMs. 2) Begin TRT. There are various forms of TRT. Most popular and effective is testosterone injections. But some use AI-Monotherapy, hCG, or Clomid. Gels/Creams/Pellets are options as well but they all have drawbacks.

How many grams of fat are you getting in your diet on an average day? Do you track your diet macros?

I would recommend having your lipids, TSH and Vitamin D checked.

have you tried online clinic? can you recommend one?
Thanks

I have not tried online clinic, I do my own TRT with UGL and euro products.... but pay full price to have a DR oversee my wifes HRT about $2500 a year give or take

There is one online clinic that sponsors this board, increasemyT.com or something like that. I know of another in Boston that is supposed to be pretty good, but I dont know if I can drop their name here. PM me if you want to know who.

Start tracking what you eat for a week or so. It is important to have a balanced diet and get enough calories.

Might as well check your hormone levels again too if you are getting blood drawn again just to cknfirm the results.

Do some reading on HPTA restarts so you can speak intelligently with your doc about it.

Do you recommend a certain diet?

Balanced diets are good. I personally do IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros). I budget 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. .4g of fat per pound of bodyweight. And the remainder of my calories come from carbohydrates. You just have to figure out what your TDEE is to set your total calories to maintain your current bodyweight.
