Hello all I come to you for advice before I talk about treatment w doctor. I went to get my cortisol checked since I was getting crazy fat in my belly. I gained 20 lbs in 3months all in my belly. I was crazy about being active, cycling, running working out anything to be in shape. However since college I lost it all and I thought it was because I moved back w my parents. My sex drive is fine but no where it used to be. I hate the person I became I try hard to lift and run but it's just not there I know I sound like a b. I got the results and they are quite shocking. I got total test checked and it came out to be low 300. Should I talk to my doctor about trt or just a cycle of test following hcg until I get close to 700. I've attached the picture of lab reaults. Oh I am only 22 years old BTW. 5'8" always considered to be an ectomorph.

I performed it twice. First it was lower total test around 230 at 4pm but doctor told me to do it at 8am since its optimal at that time..

My virtual is Cortisol 13.1 µg/dL I guess that was fine. I told the doc to do a free test but he was not too hyped about it. Also he didn't want to refer me to an endo.

He told me to come back on the 25th for treatment plan. I believe he's a conservative doc. I am not trying to get on trt is there any alternative way to boost my test and stop feeling like a 70yr old.

You need to get to the bottom of what is causing your Hypogonadism. Give the Basic TRT Overview sticky thread a read to better understand what is going on and your options.

What did your LH and FSH come in at?

Those numbers are all really low. Especially the 240.

A lot of doctors are now saying anything under 350 you should consider the risks and benefits of TRT.

Hope this helps.
