Lower abs

Been hitting the abs hard for the past 3 or 4 months. I have cleaned up my diet tremendously with 3j's help and been killing the cardio. I'm very happy with the results, I have 6 clearly visible abs but the bottom two are no where to be found. Is it just going to take more time? Should I try targeting them?I know people say you can't target abs but I'm getting frustrated with those fuckers.

I keep telling myself it's my age but I don't wanna believe that. Any sugestions?
 
are you doing incline reverse crunches?

Yes my ab routine is:
1 set captain chair leg raises x 15
1 set roll out x 15
1 set weighted exercise ball crunch x 15
1 set v-sit twist w 25lb plate x 15
1 set reverse incline crunch x 15
1 set side bridge 30 seconds each side

i rest 15 seconds between exercises and repeat above 4x

I do this every other day 7x a week
 
Thanks for the suggestions. I am going to drop the rollouts and weighted crunches as they hit the upper abs hard. I'm gonna add the planks and leg raises for a few weeks and see how it goes.

On a side note, I like to mix up my routines and haven't done deads in quite some time. I started doing squats in place of deads a few months ago and haven't gone back yet. I think I'll drop the squats for a month or so and go back to deads. I think deads may hit the core a little more than squats and if not it's time for a change anyway.
 
both exercises are great for core(deads and squats)but squating with free weight definitely will strengthen your core.Id stick with both in your routine.
