lower back pain after squats

huh?
I fucked my back some time ago ( 3 years I think), I have some pain everyday, and unfortunately it seems that is how it is going to stay.
I have done heaps of rehab on it and it has slowly been getting better.
Since I started doing heavy deads it has progressed even more.

Squatting is giving me grief though. I was ok until my numbers started to climb. It doesn't hurt much while I am doing them, more a few hours later.

my squat day looked something like this

squat 3x3
leg press/ hack squat 1x20 (or 2 x 8 -12)
hamstring work(curls, SLDL etc)

I have tried dropping other stuff out in case it was leg press or the hammy work, but it made no difference. The last 2 weeks I have lowered my squat weight and just done 3 sets of 10-12 ,my back was still sore, but not nearly as bad.

Can anyone suggest a routine that might work for me?
 
You could try this, although I stil recommend trying to get the back fixed so you can squat again.

Leg press 4-5sets (add some sets if you can to both incline and straight)
Hacksquat 3sets
Stiffed Dead (dumbell) 2-3sets
Legkicks 2sets
Legcurls 3sets
 
There is really not much that can be done for my back.

I squatted today
3x3 310

leg press 12x440
6x 485

feels ok, think I will just take it a bit easy for a few weeks
 
try to carry the bar lower more on your rear delts rather than too high on the neck..i was moslty a high bar squatter and my back was always sore as hell dropping the bar lower instantly eliminated that soreness

I'll start wearing a belt

I've been trying to squat with the bar a bit lower(instead of on top of the traps)
I might try and drop it down even further

alot of peoep l compalni about bakc soreness when on drugs liek dbol and higher doses of anavar
 
you sure you're not breaking form under bigger weight.break that form and the next thing you'll see is your head between your knees.
