lower back pain is killing me

Ok, i talked to PB about this a few days back and hes gonna help as soon as i vid my lifting but i wanted your guys' opinion....

These last few months ive had severe lower and low/mid back pain sometimes. its usually triggered by deads,squats or things like that but can happen just as bad or worse even when im taking the garbage out or just standing around for a period of time. I cut all deads and squats a few months back which makes me mad because i want to be doing them and need to esp. since im on cycle so i want to try to resolve this asap. It feels like severe dbol pumps. at the worst stage it got so bad it hort to just stand or walk in the gym and once after taking the garbage out i had to take a hot bath cuz it hurt so bad. i almost couldnt make it up the stairs.
It happens regardless of whether im on juice or not, but like i said, it feels like severe, severe dbol pumps. its a compressing feeling. what i want to know is if you have any speculations of the cause,cure,how to avoid it. PB is going to look at my form. any help is appreciated. thanks
 
nah i havnt. thats why i posted this question, to see if you guys thought it warranted that or just to push through it. (which is very hard at this point)


what exactly can be done for thatif it is something like a compression?
 
chioro can open up the disk/s in question. deep tissue massage helps as well. im no expert but when you get a compression or impingement the muscles in that area tighten up to protect it. that causes a lot of dicomfort. i have a tenz (sp?) unit i use here at home when i get tight spots in muscles. it really helps.

I had a major lower back injury (muscular only) when I was younger. The advice I can give is see a specialist (if you can afford it). And do all the rehab. I can't stess that enough. I still live with pain bucause I was a lazy know nothing kid.
 
is it these muscles in the picture?

if so they are erector spinea, and mine are like rocks....hurt everyday...i fractured two lumbar verts in an accident in 99...really put a hurting on these muscles as well. to help relive pain and eventually make condition better, do lower back and hami stretches...they hurt like a mofo, but will help. how are you hamstrings by the way? im guessing short, and they deffinatly contribute to the lower back aggrivation...hope this helps some

What supplements or Anabolics are you currently on. And dont say D-Bol cuz I will smack you for wastin everyones time on this post since D-Bol is notorious for lower back pumps even when walking up stairs.

my hams hurt a lot when my back does too!
 
I go see a massage therapist 2-3 times a month. This chick works my back real deep and I leave on cloud nine. Helps with blood circulation etc etc...

well im about 40 hours short of being a massage therapist...but i had to drop due to the load of work full time and school full time at night...plus almost 2 hours of travel time to and from school m-f

thats how i knew :)

plus my training partner is going to finish up for his chriopractic degree and we are constinatly talking about this shit so its still very fresh in my head...im thinking of going back to finish up...i talk to friends i went with and they are now in the field making money and im still fingering my ass hole...(no not literally)
