Lower back pain operation or deca? Help plz

I would start with this - it acts as a decompression and has done wonders for my back!!!

You get one for $200-300 - the Teeter brand is the way to go... I would also get the boots that go with it.

OP i haven't noticed where you describe any pain shooting down your buttocks hamstrings calves top of foot etc. is this correct? Only back pain? If so, you may want to consider It possibly being caused by your facets or si joints and nerve ablation offers good benefits for many.

If the pain is running down your leg(s) etc then it is probably affecting nerve roots (exiting nerve root and/or traversing nerve root) which would open you up to different surgical strategies depending on your specific symptoms and correlating MRI findings.

Either way I don't think Deca will be a wise approach to dealing with your back pain. Not saying it wouldn't offer any help rehabbing after you address symptoms surgically etc. just don't do Deca monotherapy without test, ai, HCG etc.

Good luck!
