I've always had a muscular ass and upper thighs. Even when I was 115# and 6'-1" in high school, I still had to buy pants with a larger waist size just to fit my thighs and ass in them. I guess all that futbol (soccer) growing up developed that part of my body, plus I'm 3/4 Dutch and we are known for having strong legs.
So on this cycle I have gotten bigger all around but I don't want my ass or upper quads to grow more! I can barely fit into any of my pants. My waist is fine and has not gotten bigger.
I need to focus on my lower quads. What exercises should I do here? I don't want to neglect my ass or upper quads but I also don't want them to grow!
