LR back in shape??

ive read some posts here and other places about LR taking a long time with orders, and about problems they had with email viruses and things out of their control... anyone order from them recently? is it back to normal? normal being the usual great service they have, from what ive heard...

I ordered on September 16th... no package yet.. I also PM'd Bayoumike a few days ago... no response to that either.. I have ordered 3 or 4 times from them in the past and every time the order has come weeks late... now I did recieve free products which kinda made up for it...

but now I basically order knowing that it will come up to a month or more late and that im gonna get some free stuff .
