lubricating your joints

Champ Is Here
When I ordered erase from Orbit they told me that I would feel dry in my knees and such.... Is there anything I can take that will lubricate or relieve the joint pain in my knees?

cissus....2-3g a day. comes in caps or bulk powder. also up your fish oils to 6-10g's ED.

I used to have some bad knee issues...then I did a run of cissus....and my knees swelled up for a couple days, then shrank down to normal and never have hurt sense...and its been 3 years now.

Cissus, is amazing. At least in my eyes.

The bulk powder is straight nasty!! If you can handle it though, it's definitely a lot cheaper!

yes it is gross. but i use it in my choc. pro shakes with egg white, oil oilve, PB so it already tastes like total ass.....whats one more bad tasting thing going to do....

Juss, pickup a bottle or bulk if you can handle the taste, than just up your fish oils by 2-3x. you should be fine than.

fish oil @ 6-7g's ED does quite a bit.

Krill is even better since they are like supercharged fish oils.

Cissus quatrangularis, curcumin, solution of silicate, ointement with idrocylamide and you will be better, but not fully cured.

procollagen mixture by pharmacy is usefull to.

I'm surprised no one mentioned skeletal balm as a topical addition.

As mentioned, cissus and high dosed EPA/DHA are certainly great options. Bulk cissus powder is probably the worst tasting thing I've ever tried. In fact, I still have some stashed away because it was that hard to choke down lol.

Lol, i know I've gotten 4 weeks into the bulk powder several times and then put the jar aside & not finish it...

I was going to say this too. Cissus works incredible, but the taste is definitely rough. skeletal Balm is a great alternative to Cissus and I hear it works exceptionally well for joints, and dryness in the joints

The Cissus I use off Orbit is capsules and has no taste. Working really good too. S-balm is awesome for topical use and combined with fish oil and cissus your joints thank you ever day.
