Lump after 1 week !!

Last week was a bad week for my injection... As i wrote on left glute pain for 1 week (Now is ok) but the othet shot at beginning all is ok and i was happy because no pain and all was ok... But i have a lump when i stretch the muscle from last week!!! ( today is 1 week and the lump is still there! No pain... Is not hot and red... So wtf can be?? Now for the next weeks iwill shot only delt and quad ! This week was wonderful with shot in that palces

Are you going deep enough?

Are you massaging ? You could try a heating pad or a soak following pin in warm water..ultimately your gonna get used to it as stabbng yourself with a sharp object and injecting a foriegn substance into the body is anything but natural.

Pain tolerance must come into pay as well my man...

The procedure was ok to me.. And i always massage after pin...it's only strange for me to have a lump after 1 week when all the othet Times in Max 3 days disappear... I put hot water these 2 days.. And massage but no differences...

Interested as well. I have this right now. No pain. Small pimple like red bump.
