Hey where did you get your letro from? I'm just over a week into RUI letro at 1.25mg (0.5ml of the liquid) and I don't have symptoms anything resembling what you are describing.

From manpower research supply. Mine is in pill form.
The side effects I'm experiencing seem to be in line with side effects listed for letro. It's just the light headed/dizzy feeling is pretty extreme.

Maybe I am still filling the side effects from the 2mg dose. I did only switch back to 1.5mg yesterday and I know letro stays in your system for a while.
Anyone have suggestions what I should do?

So I decided to cut my dosage down to 1mg per day and about 90% of side effects went away. I plan to continue at this dose for about a week then up it to 1.5mg and see how I feel.. I think my body just doesn't react too well to this stuff. Don't mind some sides but not to the point I can't work or gym.
Never heard of tamox. I'll have to look into this. I will probably add if letro doesn't start clearing the gyno soon. It really hasn't changed much in size, slight decrease. Although its only been just over a 1 week since I started letro.

You should be able to drop the letro to .625mg a day and still see results, I know I do. Plus the sides will be minimal to none.
If letro is not agreeing with you look into raloxifine. That stuff worked great for my gyno. It will take much longer to work than the letro, but it also won't kick your ass like the letro will.

I've stuck with 1mg dose of letro over the past few days and almost all side effects went away. Now it's just the typical stuff, lack of libdo and the occasional crack or pop from the joints. And the gyno is continuing to shrink just very slowly.

So its been about 3 weeks now since I started letro, still running a dose of 1mg. Have not really seen any additional progress in the last week. I'm hesitant to increase the dosage due to the side effects.
(1) How much longer should I give it before giving up? (I know letro could take a month to do its thing)
(2) Should I try to increase dosage again?
Also I was planning to start IGF Lr3 end of this week. I have some tendon injuries which need rehab they are about 90% healed.. I think I should be ok doing both at the same time since IGF doesn't aromatasize.
(3)It is safe and effective to run letro and IGF same time?

Also just thought it was worth updating everyone on the side effects. I still feel dizziness on occasional not too bad or too frequent. Still a bit on the moody side but its controllable. I have noticed some water loss but my joints feel fine. All the supplements I take seem to keep my joints prefectly lubricated. The effect it's had on my sex drive is the weirdest thing... I still desire sex maybe just a little less.. Also I could still have sex several times a day without issues keeping it up. BUT it is near impossible to get off even if you go at it for an hour or two. Sometimes I just have to give up after a certain point because I cannot finish. Well I guess its ok if your trying to impress the ladies with porn star stamina. lol. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've been on letro for 25 days now currently at 1mg dose per day. No progress really in the last 2 weeks. About 20% of the gyno went away initially in the first 2 weeks but no more progress after that. I'd hate to keep taking this stuff and deal with the sides if its no longer working.
Keep in mind the gyno is so small its not visible. By touch is the only way I know its still there.
(a) Give up now?
(b) or give letro more time?
(c) Increase dosage? (although I've experienced serious sides at higher dose)
(d) switch to new product?

letro alone is plenty! that shit is strong. its 3rd gen Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and adding nolva is overkill.
id keep running the letro but tapper off of it slowly to avoid estrogen rebounds.

I think your right. I wasn't poking all the time but I would check it about once a day. I didn't touch it for a week and 50% of the gyno was gone.
I'll just give letro another few weeks to do its thing then start tappering off.

Btw, I've had zero joint pain on this stuff. Occasionally my knee would pop or something but no pain. I think including creatine, fish oil and plenty of joint supplements countered all issues most experience from the water loss. Also as advised I keep the weight light on exercises that stress the joints such as squats.

Not sure what tamox would do. I thought that SERM's do nothing once you already have gyno? Think there is any chance it was the letro that worked but it just didn't kick in until right around the time you started tamax? I know it's possible for letro to take a month or two before it's effective for some...
When I first started taking letro I added a SERM (clomid) for a couple of days and it made my side effects even worse. Given the sides, I would prefer to stick to letro only until I stop seeing improvement. If improvements stop maybe then I will add tamox.
