Hey guys looking to get a basic macro profile for my next cycle. I trying to get some weight, just not the hardcore bloat. would like to get to 14-15%.I will be doing cardio, just not over doing it since i'll be on cycle. i will be running test Sustanon (sust) 270 800 mg for 12 weeks, wk 2-6 375 oral tren mcg ed. then wks 8-12 50 mg Winstrol (winny) ed.
currently 6'2 225 about 18%.
i was thinking about 33-3600 cal, 120 carbs, 200+ protein, 90 ish fat
