Major drop off in my shoulders\chest strength

Just 3 weeks ago I was reppin 275 x11 x8 x4 On my frist set for example. And over the last 3 weeks ive noticed a major drop off in stength mainly in shoulder pressing lifts and alot a major drop off in chest workouts im talking like 45-35 pounds and alot of reps in strenghth. What could it be my diet is the same tranning is up and down through the week im sleeping good. Could it be im over training I havent taken a solid 3 days off from the gym inawhile...?:jump:
 
could be, are you cutting at all by chance?

How long have you been doing your current routine? Maybe you just hit a plateu.
 
I lost a lot of strength recently since I cut on test/deca/t3. I dropped about 13lbs and 4percent bf. Strength loss sucks ass though. Going for a lean bulk now.
 
Possibly your triceps are getting overworked. Chest and shoulders both incorporate tris so rest in between each muscle, in this case, chest and shoulders is essential.
Could you post your full workout?
