Just 3 weeks ago I was reppin 275 x11 x8 x4 On my frist set for example. And over the last 3 weeks ive noticed a major drop off in stength mainly in shoulder pressing lifts and alot a major drop off in chest workouts im talking like 45-35 pounds and alot of reps in strenghth. What could it be my diet is the same tranning is up and down through the week im sleeping good. Could it be im over training I havent taken a solid 3 days off from the gym inawhile...?
