making your own EQ

Here is my recipe and following question. Based upon this, it states to use 10g of powder. However, I am ordeing the boldenone undecylenate which comes in liquid form. The last part of this indicates that .85g = ml of boldenone undecylenate to use. WTF??? Simple interpretation would be appreciated... How much boldenone undecylenate will I need to order?????

Needed:

10 grams EQ
41 ml oil
1.5 ml Benzyl Alcohol = 3% BA
Syringes 3cc & 5/10cc
18 or 20 gauge needles
mixing Vial
Sterile Vial
WHATMAN sterile filter

1. Weigh out 10 grams of powder.
2. Place powder in vial.
3. Add BA to the vial.
4. Heat oil in the oven to help sterilize it, heat to at least 212 degrees F. I usually heat my oil at 275 to be sure, I put the oil in a muffin pan, just fill one of the indention's this is plenty for these experiments. Also heat more oil than you need, as you will not be able to get it all out of the pan.
5. Add oil to the vial, save 2 ml of oil in the syringe for later. Gently shake vial.
6. Heat mixture if necessary. I like heating my powder products, by placing the vial in a frying pan, and placing it on the eye of the stove.
7. Place a 18 or 20 gauge needle in the sterile vial attach WHATMAN sterile filter.
8. Place another needle in the sterile vial to relieve the pressure.
9. Draw out solution with a syringe, run though WHATMAN filter.
10. Take other syringe with 2 ml oil, run through WHATMAN into solution.

Makes 50 ml @ 200mg/ml

1 ml of EQ is 1.18 grams
Grams * 0.85 = ml of Bold Undec to use.

Well if you've got a scale simply place an empty syringe and maybe needle. (depending on how your eq powder comes- in a vial or some sort of sealed plastic bag)

Weigh whatever you'll be using and press the tar button. However my scale doesn't stay on for very long because it has an automatic shut off. So i just remember how much the syringe weighed and add 10 to that.

That's the number i need to reach. So if the syringe weighs 5g, at 15g i know i have 10 grams of eq in the syringe.

As for how much to order if you follow those directions you simply need 10g of eq powder.

1ml of EQ is 1.18 grams. So you take 1.18/10=approx. 8.5ml
You're going to add 1.5ml BA
And 41ml of oil
That gives you a total of 51ml's which is right around where you want to be.

yeah, I ordered a tangent scale. But, the boldenone is coming in liquid form so its not pwder. This is the part that is throwing me:

I'm no math genius, but the answer somehow is in the above ratios.

the easiest way to do it is to have a graduated cylinder/beaker. place cylinder on the scales and zero. add 10g bold unde. then add oil til you get to 50ml. heat a bit, stir, filter, bake and shoot. you can add 2-3%BA if you like.

I have 100grams of eq.
I want 300mg/ml

For me it looks like this;

eq displacement =1gram = 1.18mls

So, I need;

141 mls oil
99grams eq
6.60mls ba (2%)
66mls bb (20%)

Why do you guys bake your gear?? That does nothing to sterilize it. Be clean and sterilize your glassware before use. Filter with .22 filter of your choice into a sealed container. Wahla, your gear is sterile at this point and the BA will keep it sterile. There is also no reason to use more than 2% BA. Most all UGL only use 1%.

The displacement seems about right. I typically make all of the eq that I order so I have never had this dilemma. I would advise you to do the same as this hormone doesn't crash very easily and will stay good for a few years. If you purchased KG's i would understand not wanting to brew it all but you probably wouldn't be into personal consumption. Also look into bottle top filters, much easier and far less headache

an old thread but does anyone know the melting point for eq liquid and is it the same as most others that to much temp can kill the hormone??

EQ doesn't seem to have a melting point listed. It is probably very low, because at normal room temperature, it is already melt (a liquid).

Ive brewed 600mg/ml EQ without swirls and issues. MCT oil as a carrier.
