maltodextrin, where to buy and does it go by another name?

I ask because dextrose is also cornstarch or something at bulkbarn where i buy it, but yet i dont know where one can get maltodextrin.

Is it the same as table sugar? Like can you buy it at the grocery store

I don't think there are other names and I don't think you'll find it in any grocery store. I get it at www.trueprotein.com. It is not the same as table sugar, that's sucrose.

trueprotein charges a fortune for their dextrose (mouth open)... its 69 cents a pound at bulk barn

i get my malto/dex from trueprotein. I order it so it comes as a 50/50 mix.
