Many questions about Clen

I would like to start off by introducing myself, I'm Jeff, I'm new to the forum and have some questions about Clen.

I have read everything I can find on here. How to ramp up the dosages and how to take it properly. Mostly what I see is Clen being ran with T3. I would like to run Clen alone, is this possible?

What kind of Clen would be best for me to get?

What is a legit source for Clen? ( I don't want to get ripped off)

My diet is squeaky clean, consisting of steak, boneless skinless chicken, brown rice, sweet potato, egg whites, eggs, mixed vegetables, berries, almonds, fruit (3 pieces a day).

Any input would be greatly appreciated. I would like to get any confusion I have left in me after the many hours of reading cleared up before starting.
 
First off, I am a noob who has never used Clen. However, I've been reading up on it too. That said, I can at least point you in the direction of some of the info you want. If you take clen alone, you must cycle 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Search "keto", as a nightly dose allows you to run the clen without the 2 week off period. Even with keto, I often see 4 weeks as a recommended clen cycle before taking time off. Adding T3 is supposed to be pretty brutal in terms of catabolism, making it very likely you will sacrifice considerable muscle mass. I've been looking to research it a bit from the red lion banner at the top of the page.

Again, I have NO experience with this! So, all my comments are "purely academic" from reading on this and other forums. Do a search with terms like "clen keto" and you'll end up with answers to all those questions.
 
Dude, post up some stats first. Also, why do you want to use clen? What is your body fat percentage? Don't waste your time with clen if you have more than 14-15%bf.

Are you in the USA? If so, do not ask for sources. It's a forum rule. Spend some time reading, because there is endless information about 'clen only' cycles in the 'burning the fat' subforum.
 
Been using Clen for about 3 days now @ 20MCG , when I bump it up to 40 my hands shake like a leaf so I dosed it down. I work a desk job and the "shakes" makes typing and using the mouse pretty annoying. I'm going to try bumping it up to 40 tomorrow see how it goes.

Sleep is also a problem, I noticed it keeps me awake so I'm taking a few valerian root capsules prior going to bed.

I'm at 15-16% body fat , no difference so far but still have many weeks to go...
 
I personally love clen, however, I would never overdo it. Be very cautious on clen. A lot of people do 2 weeks on 2weeks off for 8 weeks on. I never do that. I will do maybe 2 weeks on and not use it for months. It is a great supplement. I know mine is legit when I start shaking and get headaches (they go away after a few days as your body adjusts). I suggest doing cardio as soon as you wake up. I do interval training. Also make sure to do a good weights session and if you really want to do another cardio session at night. This all depends on your goals.

How much do you weight? 20mcg is not going to do much at all for ya... like, seriously. Spiropent is normally prescribed at 40mcg, so you are taking half of what doctors administer. (outside of the USA)

On that low of a dosage with that body fat percentage, I don't think you will even decrease in water weight.
 
5'11 at 160LB, was hopping for a fat loss boost seems I've plateaued. I'm planning to bump it up to 40 tomorrow (Day 4).
 
I'm 5'11" ,23 years old, sitting at about 165 morning weight on an empty stomach, I do a split routine 5 days a week, monday chest, tuesday back, wednsday off, thursday shoulders, friday legs, saturday arms in my uncles shed. I jump rope for cardio 3 min rounds 1 min rest when the weather co-operates with me, ( its winter here and my town has no gym so I have to go out in the yard). I do believe my current bf% is approx 16% and woould like to achieve 9 - 10% in the coming months. I've hit a plateau like no other I've seen, I have lost 50lbs up to this point on my own ( other then help from a few fat burners), by altering my diet along the way.

From the info I gathered I was planing on running clen for 6 weeks, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 2 weeks on. Taurine with it for the cramps. Ramping the dosages up to 100-120 max at its peak.
 
Beast_like - If you run it, be prepared for some sides at the bigger dosages if it is quality clen. If you increase your reps on all your workouts a bit, and increase cardio as well, you will definitely drop weight in conjunction with clen. Make sure you drink plenty of water because it will dry you out.

timewarp, you sound like you are scared. No offense.
 
I have two options from what I have came up with, kalpa clen and balkan clen. Anyone ever use either of these? I`d like some feedback first if possible.

Well if it is real Balkan, then go for it, but there are tons of places to get it that do not involve ordering internationally, which I assume you are doing.

I prefer domestic made liquid clen.

Liquid like the rui ad above? Also noticed they have keto in there. If I was to use keto with it would I take keto from the start to the finish of the 6 weeks? Or just on the two weeks off in between? Or just while I'm taking clen and stop use of both products on the two weeks off in between?

you use keto staring around week 2 on clen and stop clen and keto at same time when done, no off time with clen when on keto.
 
Wow, had no idea with the keto added that I didn't need the down time in between. Last question when should I be taking the dosage of clen? morning? I know it has a fairly long half life. Should I take all at once or split it into two doses during the day?

You can take it all in the morning when you wake up due to the long half like or split it up throughout the day but do not take it after 4pm as it can intefere with sleep with some people.

I am on a Clen and T3 cycle right now, I'm in my second week. Running clen, one week on and off for 5 weeks. I split my dose of Clen and T3 up, once at 6:30am and the other at 2pm.

Cycle going very well so far :)
