I was thinking how to sterilize the final homebrew. Whats the max tempreture can I "cook" it in the oven in before the product gets damaged. Thanks
Can pressure cooking the gear work 15 psi for an hour?? Any ideas ?? Thanks

after i filter.......i usually do like 45 minutes @275 degrees.... u can probobly go up to a hour but 30 - 45 minutes should be enough it gets realllly hot

you shouldn't have to sterilize your brew after its already made. I usually will sterilize my bottles in the oven first for about an hour at 275 degrees before i fill them up with brew. Also, if your filtering your gear properly, its already sterilized.......you don't have to overkill on the sterilization process. Cook it, filter it, bottle it. Done!

I dont bake it anymore. I just filter and bottle. If it makes you feel that uch better, 275F for about an hour is standard fare.
