I am positive that kid was disturbed before he even heard of creatine or a wieght room.

I don't necessarily agree, drugs, hormones whatever can have some serious psychological effects on people especially kids. It is definately possible that the kid would never have killed himself had he never been on gear. That being said, the fathers testimony was complete nonsense, i feel bad about the kid, but no worse than i do everytime a kid gets killed driving drunk or OD's on heroin, coke, or dies on x. What the father is forgetting to mention is his son knowingly was commiting a felony, this kind of reminds me of people screaming about togher gun laws because of columbine, yet they fail to remember those kids broke like 22 federal gun laws or something in that range.

You may be right. I have'nt suffered any of the psychological problems claimed by some on this board that come from steriods. I at the same time do not believe that they would cause a psychological disorder just probably make you more sensitive to the one you already have. Unfortunately, like you said kids/people die every day from all sorts of things, including legal substances. Does that mean there should be more and more laws passed to ensure our safety? No, of course not. It means simply a word I see quite often on this board when giving advice to newbies like me. Responsibility. The goverment should'nt have to be our babysitters.

It's more than that man. Pharm companies are flexing their muscle now with online pahrmacies and such. I wouldn't be suprised if they used this hype to push through a bunch of new laws on meds and shit. All under the guise of 'protectng' the US population.
