I feel fine my bp had sprouts here and there but its perfect now with my new diet. Im gonna start taking adex now, potassium must have been from all the fruit snoothies but im on keto now. So anything i should be concerned about?

By any chance do you take hypertension meds? Cause that can cause the high potassium and calcium

Your test is measured ng/dl so I think thats the reason. instead of ng/ml

I take them recreational some weeks no only when it goes high but i ha used them a couple days before test..... thx for your help
