Guess I will say my lifts as well. Those are usually helpful. After 13 (Took 20 months off from injury) weeks of training I am:
Bench
225 for 48 bouncing reps as fast as I can
315 for 16 reps
365 for 10 reps
405 for 5 reps
465 for 1 rep during workout
Not pulling or squatting anymore due to multiple knee injuries. Caught in college so my right knee is shit. No meniscus left and will most likely have to get a new knee in my early 50's. Tired of draining it just to squat and dead so now I only do the pussy sled, shrugs, bent over rows, and all the other poser exercises. I am a total bitch I know
My wheels are starting to get better again though.
