Midnight snacking HELP!

With all the supplements I'm taking I don't sleep very well so I'm always waking up 3-4 times a night and I am hungry as hell so I head to the fridge. I am pretty good with my diet during the day but who wants to eat healthy at 3am? Not me. My roomie has to hide all his girlscout cookies from me because of this! HA. This is my downfall. Anybody know some good healthy snacks that would cure these cravings? Such as a healthy high protein desert or something maybe?
 
I know that feeling... If I wake up hungry I'll have pieces of roast beef & turkey with hummus, it usually does the trick. Careful with sugar in general, especially late at night...it'll put a nice layer of fat in all the places you want it least. I get bad sugar cravings too, I usually kill them with a cup of green tea and if anything maybe some Greek yogurt (high protein 0 fat) with a little freshly cut fruit.

Girl scout cookies are the devil in disguise my friend....when those bitches come to your door peddling that shit send em on their way and tell em to keep it moving. Fuckin sluts lol
 
I just dont buy unhealthy food, that way whatever I eat is healthy, even if Im not all the way awake.

Protein brownies are good to keep in the fridge at night.
 
..it s tough to exert self control standing in the kitchen, hungry, half hard..
Plant you some prepped late snack s so you can eat those...
 
You can try to get your doctor to prescribe you Topamax. One of it's side-effects is curbing carb-craving and such and is not a stimulant.

Dude really?? really?? Discipline and self-control are probably the most important characteristics one needs to develop to get this lifestyle down... You shouldn't need to take pills to control your appetite....thats just shameful
 
Eats some pussy and then have a shake. Or pre cook some chicken. When I was bulking I made a full meal before I went to sleep and set the clock to wake up and eat in the middle of the night and went back to sleep.

guys your missin the point here....

why is he hungary at that time?? whats his meal before bed? before the midnight snack craving..

i havn't had a craving like that for a long long time.. Y? because my meal before bed is proper and keeps me feelin full overnight...
