With all the supplements I'm taking I don't sleep very well so I'm always waking up 3-4 times a night and I am hungry as hell so I head to the fridge. I am pretty good with my diet during the day but who wants to eat healthy at 3am? Not me. My roomie has to hide all his girlscout cookies from me because of this! HA. This is my downfall. Anybody know some good healthy snacks that would cure these cravings? Such as a healthy high protein desert or something maybe?
