My last cycle was ended 3 months ago, which it consisted of of Tren/Test. I did the AI/SERM by proper protocol so I'm not sure what could be happening.

A bout a month of ago, my nipples started hurting; this really mild pain, especially at night and in the morning. It's been on and off since then. Last night I was feeling my nipple after it started hurting and I squeezed it really hard; a tiny (the size of needle head) droplet of clear liquid came out. I did the same for the other nipple and sure enough, another droplet of liquid.

What's going on here? Should I get letro or prami?

You should stop squeezing your nipple to start with.. you should never squeeze your nipple hard. There are multiple reasons it could be happening. What your describing is not gyno or prolactin, my levels are in range and I bet if I squeeze them really hard right now I'll get a droplet too. So much paranoia with nipples and as soon as people get itching or a slight pain they squeeze the nipple, wtf. You should never be squeezing your nipples to check for discharge if it was actually prolactin induced you would not need to squeeze very much and you would see a milky translucent discharge. its like saying hey look I have a sore nipple let me play with it and aggravate it some more..

What your saying is that you have pain, no swelling around the nipple, no lumps under the nipple or no puffiness.. Just nipple pain can have a plethora of reason behind it.

To answer the question about what you should do, get blood work to begin with.
