minimizing pip

I just started with this optimal labs test prop. Pip was killing my quad any advice to minimize? I was thinking put vial in plastic ziplock and the zip in hot water

In all seriousness you need to rub the knot it hurts like hell but it helps

Put the vial in a heating pad...for 5-7 min....draw..pin...and then lay on the heating pad for 10-15 min....no pain...at least not as bad

haha some of these methods are helpful, I think I am going to try the ziploc of hot water method and see how it works
