ologie's own strngthmnx lifted in the raw 148s yesterday. i solid 145 bench and a big time 315 pull. very nice while looking very hot all the while.

how many 148lb guys on here pulling 315 under meet conditions, no straps, no hitching? =0l

but the highlight of the meet was when minx was getting a massage from the hot ass massgae therapists on hand. blonde on blonde. i had to turn away to stop from drooling.

btw way minx i got a couple pics of your deads if its ok to post them.

seriously everyone. minx is the real deal on the platform. once she gets in some gear and takes the apf plunge she gonna do some damage in the 148/165s. she is surrounded by wpo lifters and can only grow from here. she will be on the wpo platform for its over with. i dont know if yall realize it but a raw 315 pull in the 148s is stout and it was her first dead in a meet. her squat is solid as well. she is built to squat and pull. strong back side (gotta see it to believe it) and long arms.

ther are a lot of guys who cant pull 315 raw, much less under strict meet conditions.

heres a couple of shots of my big ass lifting. (weighed in at 304 for the second meet in a row) 605 bench which was good. 700 dead which was good and a missed 740 dead. slipped out of my hands but was well on the way. =0l

great pics pullin. you def gonna nail that 740 dead next time.

One question pullin(prob a stupid one..sorry)..mnx pulled raw so taht is just with chalk no suit no nothing?; and when pullin in a meet once you lock out at the top do they say "ok" then you just drop the weight? Or do they expect you to let it down\control it slowly on the way down?
