I am running a cycle of Test only (500mg/wk) My knee has a sharp pain in it so it seems that standard barbell squats are out....I did my legs today and this is what I did.
Front squats with a 40lb dumbell that I would press for a pretty good compound excercise. 12 -15 reps for 3 sets
Leg press (superlight) 3 sets of 20
Leg extension 15 -20 reps
\Leg curl 15-20 reps
Plus calf excersise
All light weights high rep. Its all I can do!
My legs are feeling the high reps tho so what do you think?
