Modified legs due to knee pain

I am running a cycle of Test only (500mg/wk) My knee has a sharp pain in it so it seems that standard barbell squats are out....I did my legs today and this is what I did.
Front squats with a 40lb dumbell that I would press for a pretty good compound excercise. 12 -15 reps for 3 sets

Leg press (superlight) 3 sets of 20

Leg extension 15 -20 reps
\Leg curl 15-20 reps

Plus calf excersise

All light weights high rep. Its all I can do!

My legs are feeling the high reps tho so what do you think?

dont expect results from that leg routine. get the knee checked and find out what you have to do to REALLY train legs.
