I have been lifting for about 2 years now(seriously) before that it was a once a week kind of thing. In that time I have doubled my weight on just about every exercise. I am definately getting more mass but little definition. I am wondering how I can get more cut, I am not against bulking up, but especially in my abs I would like some more definition. Any tips on a more efective ab workout, or is it as simply as more cardio; as my body fat is a bit too high. Tips welcome.
