in reading the other post and not wanting to high jack it, i had some questions...when i 1st read it i thought it was more of a burn out/ rep work type wo but as i read into it i reallise its more of a self abuse exercise.
i read a few differnt webs articles on this after reading through the other thread. and was wondering how much do you have to stick to the 3 days a week, gallon of milk e.d. routine you have to stick too??
can you do it once a week on a reg leg wo day..as a change up to still get good results out of it?
some sites mention warm up sets others suggest going straight into it.
when to do it?? before you do other leg exercies or after...or is this it for legs??
some suggest using a wt you can do for 10 reps some 12 reps some 15 reps...
just curiuse and like some more insiteful info on this. or am i just reading to much into this???
