Just curious, got a free scale the other week and been playing around with it and i've noticed i'm going a whooping 4-4.5kg(9-10lbs) difference between waking up and going to bed.
I would expect like a kilo difference, maybe two... But 4-5? Isn't that bit extreme?

no way you can have such anomalies in your weight overnight. how many times do you shit per night? piss?

That***8217;s quite a bit of weight fluctuation. I wish I could lose that type of weight while sleeping:)

I do, thats the weird thing. Today I popped for about 900 grams lol.
I wake up to piss at least once per night but thats cuz I usually drink right before going to bed.

Been checking my weight for 3 days straight and the gap is actually widening but I have started diet again, so eating at least 4 times per day.

back in the days when i did tren i would lose mad weight overnight from all the sweating and tossing and turning, having a tall stack of towels next to my bed to change from the sweaty ones and waking up more tired than when i went to sleep.

10 pound difference between going to bed and waking up? damn bro! whats your diet like? what supps are you taking?
the only way i can lose that type of weight is by sitting on the toilet all night and popping my brains out, after going to an all you can eat Mexican taco and burrito buffet.
what mass of your body is disappearing at night? at that rate youll weigh 10 pounds in 15 days.
do tell.

Been eating about 180grams chicken breast, 100g white rice, 150g mixed vegetables, not sure what that comes out to but I eat that 4x per day, with some in between snacks, usually apples and oranges.
Then i always fill a 2.5l jug with ice water and make sure to finish that before over the day before the day ends, thats excluding any morning juice, milk, shakes etc that I also drink throughout the day.

My only supps atm are magnesium, bvitamin complex, omega3, dvitamin.
Split twice per day.

Always shit and pee like a horse in the morning. Toilet touchdowns are a regular occurrence for me lol...

Been crunching the numbers and i'm surprised it isn't an even bigger gap.
180/100/150 x4 is 1.72kg. Water is another 2.5kg. "Other liquids", easily another kilo. Total per day going in? 5-6 kilos. So my body is just fast at processing what I put in it.

Been seeing this girl for the past couple days and stopped eating regularly, i'm down to 65.1kg lol...
Max last week before bedtime was 70.5kg, so in a week i've fluctuated a whooping 5.4 kg.

Which looking at it from a percentage is fucking insane.

at least you got a good thing going there with the weight loss. i restarted my thirst receptors by drinking a gallon of citric acid lemonaid.
lost over 5 pounds fast in a couple of weeks. drinking lots and lots of water, 2 gallons a day minimum.

sounds like a good recipe for success.

only way someone can lose that fast weight is on tren. sweating all night. yuk.

It takes my body roughly 10-12 hours from eating to shitting it out, I've done testing with iron supplements, don't ask why lol....
And i drink on average 3kg liquid per day and 1-2kg food, no surprise I piss and shit that out per day.

you must be holding a lot of water.. hydrate more.

I drink about 2 gallons of water per workout.
Then i drink about 1 liter of milk per day for my morning shake and I like milk with food.
And generally i'll have 1-2 protein shakes which comes out to another 500ml.
And my latest sore point has been capri-sun safari fruits at about 500ml per day, its only comes out to 147 calories so it isn't super bad and I don't like caffeine so its a good sugar boost pre and post workout for me at least. Plus i'm generally 500-1000 calories deficit per day.

I do know my overall water intake throughout the day is on the low end but far as total liquid intake, it isn't that bad, is it bro?
I also know my estrogen is on the very low end so i shouldn't hold much water because of that?

Now you made me unsure bro lol :(

wow that's a lot of water. are you on anything btw? 10lbs is a lot the only time i've lost that much overnight was when my e2 was sky high, bloated as fuck and took aromasin.
i'd need to be on gh to eat like you and not get fat lol lucky you
everyone's different, but jay cutler said he knows his diet is on point and he's in a good holding pattern when his nighttime weight and morning weight is the same.
IMO it could be a lot of variable... sodium intake, varying carb intake/glycogen deposits, taking watery compounds, etc. right now i'm only on 250mg test and every morning i wake up about 2-3lbs lighter, then back up again.

are you consistent with your diet?

Holy fuck. 2 GALLONS during your workout. You're getting plenty of water bro. Good work.

4 or 5 pounds is fairly normal for me overnight. Have lost a little more but only because I was sweating all night. I put it right back on before noon with food and fluids.

Like mentioned, I misswrote gallons for liters, quite the difference lol.
Yeh, my metabolism has always been pretty sick, for years I ate on average 1000 calories purley from candy and sugar each day and long as I'm active and training, I barley gain weight.
I might be wrong here but pretty sure i've seen cutler admit he eats icecream, sodas, candy etc because he cant keep his weight otherwise.

Far as diet, i'm sorta consistent... I do weigh all my carbs and proteins but i'm not always consistent with food prep and eating the same always.
