Last year i fucked my shoulder with military press (start of cycle, idiot weights)
Almost immediately after shoulder healed I fractured my forearm and almost exactly once forearm healed I broke 2 ribs.
Training and diet took a backseat with the forearm fracture but stopped completely with the broken ribs and the broken ribs happened week before PCT....
So basically I haven't trained, done diet etc for a good 6 months. Gained about 6% bodyfat, lost.
My legs are fine, my right knee is bitching occasionally but it has been for a while now.
