Morning/Bedtime weight..........

2 gallons a day is good man. id up that to another gallon to keep it all fine and dandy. respect to you for your current protocol and commitment.

Last year i fucked my shoulder with military press (start of cycle, idiot weights)
Almost immediately after shoulder healed I fractured my forearm and almost exactly once forearm healed I broke 2 ribs.
Training and diet took a backseat with the forearm fracture but stopped completely with the broken ribs and the broken ribs happened week before PCT....

So basically I haven't trained, done diet etc for a good 6 months. Gained about 6% bodyfat, lost.

My legs are fine, my right knee is bitching occasionally but it has been for a while now.
 
is it impossible to have those weight fluctuations while you sleep, but if that is the case your taking some serious 10 pound shits during the night and morning lol. what the hell are you eating?

I've weighed myself before and after shitting and my record is losing 1.1 kilos and before you say anything, I shit minimum once per day...
I've come to realize most of it is liquid intake and I've stopped fluctuating that much after getting on testosterone again.'
Now its about 1.5kg difference over the day

4 or 5 pounds is fairly normal for me overnight. Have lost a little more but only because I was sweating all night. I put it right back on before noon with food and fluids.

Wrote it while i was tired and you didn't see the correction. Its supposed to be liters and not gallons.
Funny side fact... USA actually uses the metric system too but for some unknown reason...they use the metric system to base their imperial system on, makes a conversion based on metric to imperial and then your scientists have to convert back to metric again and when they fuck up, shits explodes and people die.
 
Im not kidding you man, i got citric acid from the pharmacy and started making lemonaid with it, a gallons worth each day and drink it all. after a week my own thirst level went up and it made me up my water consumption to 2 gallons per day.
yes i pissed at least 5 times per night and it was a pain but after a month id lost 10 pounds.
id give it a try if I was you, guaranteed to help you lose fat.
 
for me when im on cycle and eating well this is common as well . i fluctuate between 5-10lb morning to night . and i believe most of it is retained water . i train later at night then eat dinner and drink mad amounts of water before bed . night i go to the bathroom a few times. yah ive seen these fluctuations for myself commonly

I'm same, train late, eat late and drink a lot during workout and sadly also have to piss at least once per night like a 60 year old haha ;)
 
I know someone who tried losing mad weight like that once, did DNP and Tren, i think he ended up in the insane asylum came out and is now serving fries at Mcdonalds.
 
my wife always made me sleep in thhe guest bed when i used tren. too much sweating during the night, had to keep a stack of towels nect to my bed to switch up.

you lucky to piss only oncer per night buddy, i piss 5 times per night at age 50. its what all you have to look forward to. yeah!
 
whenever i lose crazy weight like that its usually from pissing out my rear for a week after eating Vinnies Tacos after hours after barhopping.
