So i do my glutes by myself. Today i was trying to get it in straight but it kinda went in like / and when i had to aspirate i had to move the needle around. Other than being really sore now should i be worried? Like do i still absorb test ok?

I just answered on your other thread, don't worry about it, as long as u pin intra muscular and make sure to draw back on the needle, (make sure u don't see any blood) don't worry about moving the needle around Just draw back to be safe...

If you can deal with the extra soreness, no big deal. It seems when I move it adds scar tissue b/c next pin seems harder

I assume your still pretty new to pinning. I never had a problem getting the needle in straight but would be trembling so hard that I was moving it around all over the place. Like said above, as long as you aspirate your g2g, just gunna have a little extra soreness compared to a smooth pin.

For the record my shakiness calmed down after a month or so of pinning and everything is a breeze now.

How bad is it if you don't aspirate? A few times I knew I hit a vein because some blood would pour out after the injection. I would just press the swab firmly for a few seconds and the bleeding stops. Didn't notice any ill effects though, no additional soreness either. BTW, I hate moving the needle around, it just feels wrong. I prefer pulling out completely and just sticking the other glute or something.

I really recommend aspirating!

Here's why...

Not too far back - I was injecting into my thigh and when I pulled back to check - blood was oozing back into the
syringe.

Here's my luck....

I pulled out the syringe - and did the same thing just to the side of the first time ... "twice in a row - damn!"

OK - not to worry you.

These were the only times this has happen - so I would just aspirate and not worry.

Why not aspirate ? The needles already in you, better to be safe than hitting a vein and having a major coughing fit. My buddy hit one in his quad and actually passed out, I found him knocked out in his bathroom when I was picking his bum ass up to hit the gym that day. The extra second is worth it bro

it is very stupid not to.
also i have aspirate many times , no blood vessil, yet when i pull out pin blood pours out..... because i WENT THROUGH a blood vessel, not injected into one.
you may THINK you injected into vessel, but i dont think you did since your story did not end in you coughing till on the floor or passing out as i have seen (and 1 or 2 times done myself even though i did aspirate)

DO IT!
