wat about cod liver oil capsuals an flaxseed oil capsuals .will i take them .how many grames a day should i take

I think they are unnecessary if you eat good oils and nut and some fat fish. there is also the price thing that i dont like. if you have to you could just get the oil.
i think between 50-100 grams in total. I have never measured it myself.
 
1 cup of oats an 1 cup of milk with 4 teaspoons orgonic honey an 2 teaspoons of white sugar,2 slices of wholemeal bread an 2 slices of bacon,butter an brown sause,1 orange ---1 tin of herrnings in tomato sause 1 bannana an 1 bar offruit an fiber bar---poatoes,carrots,broccili,mangetout peas 1 chicken breast wraped in bacon wit stufin in the middle ,gravey---ice cream an choc sause sprinkled in oats ---1 tin of tuna mayonnaise sause with 2 slices of whole meal bread an 2 raw eeg whites,an drank 1 litre of water an litre of orange juice ,,,wat do u think of that is that enough for 1 day .will update tomorrows intake
 
yeah i think its enough.. you basicly just have to wait and see if it works for you and you gain weight..

wait about a week to see if you have gained weight.. if you check daily theres a good chance that other stuff is affecting your weight and it moves a bit up and down..
