Muscle Healing Question

First off , this might be the dumbest question this forum has ever seen, or it has been discussed a million times.

There are poeple that swear by the fact that If you are on the 5x5 routine. You need to do 1 major muscle group a week
Meaning I can only bench press or do My pecs once every seven days

my question is... If I benched and got a good soreness for 3 days, but now it doesnt hurt at all anymore, am I ok to hit my chest again.

Are the muscles that I tore and rebuilt, actually already rebuilt and g2g.. if they dont hurt, that is
 
i would think so. I hit every muscle group i work out twice a week. i would say it is all up to the individual. i've heard guys say that they CANT workout a certain muscle group more then once a week. me on the other hand I can do abs every day and will be fine. pecs bis shoulders tris back i could hit up twice a week. I dont work out legs, i was a fat kid my whole life up until 2-3 years ago so i naturally have descent enuf legs i gotta catch up my upper body

day1 chest, tri, back cardio
2 bi shoulders abs cardio
3 abs back cardio
4 chest tri cardio
5 bi shoulders cardio
6 abs back(maybe) cardio
7 cardio sometimes i dont make it a 7th day bc of whatever reason.

thats my schedule, and i am never sore

Yeah man, I wanna hit up my chest so badly today, its been 3 or 4 days, Im gonna do it.. Thanks for the support!
 
Should do squats for core strength. The more you can do there, The stronger you will be everywhere else.
