Hey guys-
Since its summer time and its really nice outside i do a lot more activities with my kids an all, and since we re like on vacation i do train less frequently, like 3 times a week. I usually train 5 times/week.
But for the last month, like i said, im training like 3 days, and i do a push/leg/pull routine. So that's each body-part once a week.
Since i started to train less, i pretty much always feel soreness 48 hrs after my training...like its hurting but in a good way....u know like how it hurts when u start up after a break.... So im very happy about that...
Does that mean we grow more when it hurts?
Does that mean that the gear is good, in the way that aas increases how much your microfibers get ripped up while training? (increased catabolism while training should hurt more?)
I have a feeling that im not training enough, and sometimes feel bad about it, but to be honest, that gear/training schedule seem to give better results....Kinda funny that even on gear, training less is better...
Oh and my strength is increasing a lot that way also..Im lifting like 50 pounds more then 5 weeks ago on the bench....i was stuck on a plateau for like a month before that...
And i remember CFM saying that most guys train too often...i think i just now realised how true that is....
