hey all so i posted on here last week did my research and all that stuff had a plan and everything but i guess i screwed up somewhere. i planned on starting with a little extra body weight to use to gain muscle but i was provided with feed back saying that it wasent smart and i should have less than15% body fat. well even how much i didnt want to hear that im taking the advice im on a very strict diet and work out plan and ill be there very soon. im taking the advice which was why i was here for thanks i appreciate it. but i really dont appreciate the deleating of my post i could still use pointers and also help with pct
