Hey guys,
First off, love the site and thanks to everyone for sharing a wealth of information
here.
I'm planning my 1st cycle coming up in January.
I'm 6'2, 185 lbs, 7% bodyfat, 28 years old.
Between age 20 to 24, trained non stop, stopped from 25 to 26 due to me running my business, and then started up at 27 to now.
I have a decent build, but would like to get to that next level.
My thinking is Test-400 (Dankel Brand) at 600 mg / week for 16 weeks.
As far as the diet goes, I'm planning to hire 3jsdiet to sort that out.
The thing I'm unsure of is if I should front-load with dbol for the 1st 4 weeks to get stronger, so when Test-400 kicks in, I'll have overall more strength.
