this is my fifth cycle begining in about 10 days. goal is lose fat and gain muscle at the same time (15 pounds gains and 4-6 pounds fat loss hopefully). the cycle is long, but under 1000mg (my rule, WONT GO OVER FOR MOST CYCLE). let me know what you think. by the way im starting at 195 pounds 12-13% fat, 5'8 hight.
1-15> sustanon 750mg pw
1-20> proviron 25mg pd
1-18> nolvadex 10mg pd
11-18> anavar SPA 40mg pd
2-17> Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500iu every 5 days
2-7> t3 at 25mcg pd
8.5-11.5> eca stack
12-17> 25-37.5 mcg t3 pd
18.5-21.5> eca stack
should i expect more gains that im expecting from this cycle? diet is clean no junk food low sugar and high in complete proteins. will increase calories evenly every week.
