My 9 month Transformation on HRT

Hello all, i just wanted to post some pictures that are 9 months apart. I started on Testim last April and I could not get my T level above 600. Thank god my insurance company would not cover the Testim and would only cover the Cyponate. Wow what a diff. In 3 months i was down 50lbs without changing anything. On the 4 month I was able to start hitting the gym. I have been working out for 60 min a day 5 days a week....total 140lbs down. Started at 320lbs, now a 180lbs. I am 44 and 6'2". I am able to keep my T-level at 1200 doing 1.25 cc a week...Hope this helps anyone looking to see what having a high normal T range will shred the weight and get you in the gym. It has been a life changer for me...I have not been out in a long time. I went out to the bar on Sat night, and had the hottest woman in the bar hitting on me...View attachment 550924View attachment 550925

Congrats man, that is some pretty impressive result. Is the 1200 level at trough or peak? Are you able to get by without additional meds like arimidex/anastrazole?

I dont take anything but the test. I pin on Friday and get my blood test right before i pin again. (unless im getting the bloodwork for my Dr. then i wait 2.5 weeks before I pin so he does not take me off) I do peak at day 2 after pin. I feel like i can pick up a buick..So far no unwanted side effects, other then some aggression that I control with medical marijuanna....I feel like a hundred dollar bill.. My focus at the office has improved so much. No more blood pressure meds, no more pain pills for a bad neck. My PSA even went down. My Dr. is very impressed with my results. Before the Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) my T-level was 390....

dude....very impressive! congratulations man. im on month 3 and still trying to get "dialed in". hopefully i'll get there too, and start feeling like you do! salute

Good luck, it took me about 3-4 months to dial in with test, diet, and suppliments...It is so worth the work. Once i started seeing major changes. (month 4-5) it gets you hooked...

Great story, that will help some decide to give testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) a whirl.

So, you didn't notice much change for the first 3 months but was losing weight?

Were you on 250mg per week the whole time after you switched to injections?

How often do you pin test?

do you have any issues with loose skin? asking, as I have had a big stomach almost my entire life, and have often wondered if i'd face that issue if I dropped a few dozen lbs.

Thank you all for the compliments.. I started out at 1/2ml per week and went up a 1/2ml every month until I felt the best without being to high (1.5 or 300ml per week). The first time I tested high by Mr. dr. I was at 1500 or as he said off the chart and for me to cut back to 1ml. I had tested 2 days after I pinned, big mistake. I thought he was going to cut me off. Now I wait 2.5 weeks before I get my blood test. (I test at 870 after the 2.5 weeks) (to dial in what I did was had my blood work done online, do a search you will find it) The first 3 months the weight just started coming off like crazy. Yes loose skin everywhere..I got my chest tight the quickest. Its been 4 months of working hard on my mid section (abs coming in now), plus lifting heavy (5 sets of 5). That seemed to turn a lot of my fat in to lean muscle, plus I guess from carrying around an extra 140lbs left me a nice frame to work with.. Mr. dr said the skin will return to normal it just takes longer( prob another 6-12 months). But I am on the beach this year, and am in the best shape of my life. I wish I knew about this 10 years ago...

Good Luck all it is so worth it. Life changing....

I had my girl friend taking pics every month of my progress (i want to show guys my age that we still can be young lions), well until recently i had to kick her out...Thats why the crappy second pic lol. 40 is the new 25 on Test C lol
I will say this guys. If you are in a relationship when you start testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), you might not be together by the following year. It has happened to a few I know including myself. The sence of well being will make you set your standads very high and guess what, you fill them....
God Speed!!

very impressive Allen, looking good bro..I myself am on but a bigger dose weekly and I am 47 and you are right, changes everything.I didnt have the weight issue, my issue was contsanly feeling tired etc, my levels were high 200's..I went through a company that advertises on here (IMT) and that got me going in the right direction, no I am a beast in the gym...Keep up the good work and enjoy your new life you deserve it..

I made my bones when you were going out with cheer leaders....Awesome movie....
Same here, enjoy your new life. We are still young enough not to be flying the couch all the time. I can chase after my 7 year old with ease now. Total Life changer...Have you gone to a local Dr to see if they will help. My buddy orders online and he pays like 5 times more then i do at my local pharmacy..How much are you pinning. My max was 300ml, i am doing 250ml a week now...(300ml kept me well above where i wanted to be) What do you do about blood tests? How do you dial in..

Great results!

Have you had to watch your diet as well or were you able to achieve those results with just excerise and TRT?

I did nothing for the first 3 months, and lost 50lbs. I did not start changing my diet until month 4 when I started at the gym. At month 5 the weight did not come off as fast, but i do notice i will be the same weight, but my pants get loose every week, im sure its because of the new added muscle. I have been hovering at 180 for the last month.

Allen I am doing 420 a week basically blasting right now than will drop down to 200 week, so I can assume I will be on the rest of my life..My doctor had me on it but he was only given me an injection once a month as he had no clue on any of this and would not prescribe this to me so i can do it myself, basically fucked everything up.So answer short wish I could get it prescribed but cant so I get it through the guys here worked out well thriugh their doctors since they specialize in it..I am doing Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) twice (500IU) a week as well as Anastrozole twice a week. I havent done a blood test since i started this 6 weeks ago on this program but will check soon to see where I am at.

Serious congrats man! I this testosterone stuff is the real deal. To think the government allows crazy diet pills with African mosquito extract, but taking more of one thing thats already in your body is super bad. Here are the results!

Congrats man! I'm glad you took the time to post your results. It will help guys like me on week 3 some hope. Best of luck.

Congrats man, seriously. Keep your diet in check and train well, should be easy to keep going. I am sitting on a similar build to your "before" and wondering if that isn't my issue now too. What did the Dr. need to hear or how did he diagnose it as low and go about a prescription?
