Small update, rollin in on the third week. Im up 19lbs from start, im sure i have put on a little unwanted weight trying to bulk but its all been clean food and i dont think its that much either way. lifts are getting more aggressive, im able to do 225x10x4 incline bench and thats the best ive ever done. Here is a pic my wife snuck while i was cooking them dinner and talkin on the phone. I decided to post this picture so you can see what i look like with no flex or pump from working out just before.
