My doc prescribed letro..

No I'm 12-15% BF

Which is why I'd confirm that it's estradiol, and not something else. Puffy nipples can be simply water retention caused by carb/sodium intake, nothing more. I've crashed my estradiol a few times now, and it's never a pleasant experience. ;)

I just don't understand. I've taken all the precautions and I'm still getting advancing Gyno off 250mg a week when taking .5 EOD. What's the deal?!

I'll have to wait a week or two when I'm home.
What could it possibly be? Everyone I've talked to say half of a Armidex pill EOD should be good.

1. Stop playing with your nipples. Nothing good will come of it.
2. Without knowing for CERTAIN that it is in fact estradiol related, you could easily put yourself in a worse situation.
3. Is the lump growing? There's a HUGE difference between mammary tissue growth and just puffy nipples. Water retention from diet can give the appearance of moobs.
4. At your body fat percentage and dose of testosterone, I can't see actual pharmacy grade arimidex NOT doing the job.

I'd take a long look at your diet and eliminate additional sodium, and cut your carbs down. If you're on any other medications or OTC supplements, I'd Google them and see if they can cause water retention. It *might* be estradiol, but everything really doesn't add up to me, making it a clear cut case of such.

Hang tight, the answer is there, just have to find it. :)

It's definitely mammory tissue. It's hard knots. And it seems to be growing. Idk how test at 250mg a week would do it. I'm gonna get blood work ASAP. My body fat is under 14% I'm sure. I've been carb cutting and trying not to use sodium.
