Cycle:
wk 1-8 Test E @ 500 mg/week
wk 1-10 Winstrol (winny) @ 20-30mg/ed
wk 10-12 post cycle therapy (pct) using Nolvadex

I will be using Insulin as well, I don't know how I'm gonna cycle it but I won't be on it for the entire 10 weeks, I started using insulin today at 10 IU's and I will be running it solo until I get all my product, which should be within the next 2 weeks. Insulin will be ran after workouts, and depending on how I feel I might try and run it mon/wed/fri mornings before school.

My diet will be pretty strict, especially after an insulin shot. I will try and get in at least 5000 calories. Basically for the time being while I am waiting to recieve the rest of my product I'm just gonna be experiementing with the insulin trying to see what works for me.

Today I did shoulders triceps, i've been going light for the last few months and trying to make sure all my joints and ligments are very strong and ready for the increased strength that I plan on achieving throughout this cycle. I really focus hard on good form and squeeze out every rep in a slow controlled manner. here is what my workout looked like

Barbell Shoulder Press 5x65x20, 85x15, 95x12, 105x16
cable Laterals 3x10ibs plate x 12
Arnold Presses 1xdropsets(Dropped the weight 4 times for a total of about 15 reps)
Alternating Front Dumbell Raises 3x15ibsx12
Cable Bent-over rows 3x10ibs plate x 12
Dumbell Laterals 3x15ibs x 10

Pushdowns 4x 60x20, 80x15, 100x12, 110x10
Overhead Dumbbell extensions 3x 40ibs x 10
Dip Machine 1xdrop set(4 drops)

About 10 minutes of assorted ab movements

Post workout I took did 10 i.u. of insulin
20 minutes post: 3 gatorades with 10mg creatine, and 10 mg glutamine, 60 grams whey protien
45 minutes post: 2 packets oatmeal with 2 spoonfuls of dextrose and 1/4 cups syrup, 6 egg whites, 2 cups skim milk.
1 1/2 Post: 2 whole wheat tortillas with 8 oz chicken and lots of vegtables.

i felt really good after this, and didn't feel hypo at all, i was pretty tired after about the 30 minute mark, but i think that's from taking in so much liquid at once. I'm gonna try and switch the gatorade out for some shakes with milk, fruits, powder, and juice. I might also try mixing in pure dextrose just to lighten the total volume of liquid.

Good strong workout today, I did back, forearms, and calves. I wanted to do traps but completely forgot about traps. Oh well though. Here's my workout.

Assisted Pullups 4x12, 10, 8, 6
One arm Dummbell row 3x35ibs x 10(Very slow)
Straight Arm Pulldowns 40ibsx15, 50ibsx12, 60ibsx10
Deadlifts 185x15, 225x12, 245x10
Lat Pulldown 3x120x10(very slow)
Bent over row 3x75ibsx10(very slow)
Close Grip Pulldowns 3x120x15

7 sets on forearms and calves around 15-20 reps per set.

After the workout I took a 10 i.u. shot
15 minutes post: Shake(3 cups skim milk, 1 cup pure table sugar which euqals 100 grams, 3 scoops whey protien.
45 minute post: 2 cups skim milk, 3 pieces whole wheat toast with jelly, 6 egg whites.
11/2 hour post: 1 gatorade, 1 whole wheat tortilla, 2 scoops protien, 2 cups skim milk.

After about the 20 minute mark all the way up to the 2 hour mark I felt like shit. I was taking glucose tabs every 10 minutes or so, But I don't think i was getting hypo cause I felt like throwing up. I think i'm taking in way to much sugar, because I have to force down my food meal. I think i'm gonna invest in a blood sugar monitor so I can know exactly what is making me feel like shit. Cause i seriously think with all the glucose tabs and gatorade along with the meals listed above I probably took in somewhere close to 400 grams of carbyhydrates post shot.

But besides that I 'm determined to find the correct balance of carbs to insulin.

Chest and Biceps today. I had a great workout, everything felt great, I think my body is pretty much ready for this cycle.

Bench Press 105x20, 115x15, 135x10, 155x6(very slow, felt a great pump)
Incline Dummbell Press 2x55ibsx12
Flat Flyes 2x20x15
Assisted Dips 2x120ibsx15
Pullovers 2x30x20

Biceps 3x60ibsx10
Standing Dummbell Curls 3x20ibsx12
Machine Preacher Curl 60x10, 50x15, 40x20

No more thatn 45 seconds rest between any set, I love to move fast and really have a hard time sitting around waiting for my next set.

Post Workout: 7 i.u. of insulin, I decided to go down and get comfortable at a lower dose and then steadily increase it. I think I was waiting to long to take in food after I took the shot. I think i'm gonna try and eating a full meal before the shot, and then sippin on the shake for the next hour or so. But today I decided to eat right after the shot instead of waiting and I felt a lot better, I think the shit hits me a lot quicker than 30 minutes.
 
You really have no business using Insulin at your age and current stats.

I found a source that has some trenbolone, And i'm thinking of running that for llike 20 days or so in the middle of my cycle, I think i'm gonna do the winstrol for like 3 weeks, then tren for 3 weeks, and then back to winstrol for the last 3 weeks. What does anybody think of this?

tren for 3 weeks would be a waste.

Leg Day, Finally my favorite bodypart. The workout though wasn't as good as I would of liked it to be. Party because of the shortage of time and lack of sleep but i did manage to get in the gym and pound out a little. The workout looked like this

squats 10x10(Icreasing weight every set. My last set of 10 reps was at 275 ibs.
Hack Squat 5x12 @ 3 plates a side
Leg extension 3x100(Drop weight until I get 100 reps.
Lying Hamstring Curl 5x70ibsx12(very slow)

I am not going to take my slin today because I have to go to work in an hour, so I don't wanna be dependant on sugar in case we get busy or something. But tommarrow I will weight myself and see If I have gone up a little. My next week split is going to be a little differnt, and i'll post that tommarrow.

Chest and Biceps today, I decided to do some low reps just so i know a little about my strength level. The workout was brief but intense

Bench Press: 135x10, 155x10, 185x8, 195x5
Incline Dumbell Press: 65x10, 75x6
Pullovers: 3x15

Post workout: 8.i.u's of insulin. 20 grams creatine, 10 grams glutamine, 100 grams sugar, 70 grams whey.

My new Training split for my cycle will look like this:

Mon-Legs(Powerlifting workout)
Tue-Chest, Biceps(Powerlifting workout)
Wed-Shoulders, Triceps
Thu-Back
Fri-Legs
Sat-Chest, Arms

If anyone has any comments or tips as far as this split goes, they will be greatly appreciated.
 
From what i've read about creatine and insulin you can use up to 40 grams at a time, but i'm just gonna load at 40 a day for the rest of this weak then taper down to 20 grams a day.

Got my gear in today and i am stoked, I did a 500 mg shot of test enanthate, and i'm starting out with 20 mg of winstrol a day. No workout today, but tommarrow the real work starts.

I havn't updated in awhile becase I got some adware shit on my computer and had to delete my entire harddrive. But yeah, I took another 500 mg shot on satrday, now i'm just doing 250 on wedsnday and saturday, I feel really good an I have been working out hard as hell, I decided not to go with the weekly schedle, but i am gonna do a four day split, This is the same split that i used when i first started lifting like 4 years ago.

day1-chest,biceps
day2-legs
day3-back,triceps
day4-shoulders

Today was day 1 and it was amazing.

Bench press: 135x15, 155x12, 185x8, 195x5, 205x2
Incline Dumbell Press: 55x10, 55x8 drop 45x6
Flat flyes: 2x20x12
Assisted Dips: 2x110ibs assistedx10
Pullovers: 2x35ibsx15

then 9 sets of biceps, 8 sets of forearms, and about 15 minutes of random ab stuff.

I will record my weight again this sunday, i'm hoping to be between 230 and 235.

Seriously though, you cant even bench your own bodyweight and youre running a cycle? I think youve gotten waaaaaaaaaay ahead of yourself.
