My First Clen Cycle

Hey there!

So I am starting my first Clen cycle. I have it in pill form. I'm 158lbs and 5'3,I am good shape, and have alot of musscle, but my trouble areas are my stomach, and butt. I dieted for so long and found I havent been getting the results I want. I'm looking I eat pretty clean with the occational cheat meal.
I wake up at 4:30Am mon-friday and have started taking it. I am not sure if my diet and exorcise are correct. I am in my 5th day, and I am running a cycle that looks like this,

Day:

If this is correct for a woman my size, and weight let me know.
My diet consists of mostly chicken, salmon, egg whites, broccolli, rasberries, yogurt,cottage cheese,and kashi crunch for breakfast with almond milk.

My gym routines, is pretty good, I cant run, my knees are so wrecked. SO i just do my workout at a faster pace to keep my heart rate up.

Arms+ Abs
Chest
Legs+Abs
Back
Shoulders+Abs

I guess my main questions are, What will be my results for taking this my first part of the cylce, what can I exspect as far as weight loss, and how dedicated do I need to be to this to make sure this works.

Any information would be great.
