I am a female figure competitor and I began my FIRST cycle 4 weeks ago. This was put together by my boyfriend and trainer, who is a IFBB pro bodybuilder. I just would like someone here to look it over and give some feedback. I know many of you are very experienced with AAS.
My STATS:
FEMALE
WT 120
HT 5'3"
Initially I was going to start just anavar 2.5mg ed and cycling up to 10, but my boyfriend put me on this instead- which I have noticed great results:
Cytomel 50mcg ED
Anavar 30 mg ED
Winstrol injectable 50 mg every other day
Propionate injectable 100 mg twice a week
Stenox (halotestin) 10 mg ED
Humulin R- 8 iu after workout only on training days
GH (serostim) 2 iu every other day
I will start clen next week.
The only side I notice so far is water retention. I have a show in 6 more weeks and I am just worried that I am not leaning out as quick as I should. I eat VERY VERY clean, but I am taking in about 220 gms protein a day, 200 gms carbs, and keeping fats low low. I do cardio every morning for 45 min and also every evening after weights for 30-45 min. I weight train 6 days a week.
My boyfriend says that I need to eat more now that I am on AAS (clean of course), and also increase LOTS of carbs after insulin- brown rice, oats etc.
All feedback is greatly appreciated.
