My First Cycle Stack of Deca Durabolin/Sustanon 250

Ok So Heres the stats.

I'm 21
5'9"
175 pounds Solid and i'm starting my first cycle to gain strength and mass

10 week cycle will be followed by a 5 week cycle of just winstrol or 10 week cycle of Deca and winstrol but this log will be just on the cycle below.

My Cycle will follow like this
Deca Durabolin 200mg/ Sustanon 500mg per week

I got for vitamins Universals 11 pill paks Animal Stack
Drinkin lots of Juices Cranberry, Rasberry, & V8
I also have milk thistle to lower toxins levels in my liver.
While on the cycle i'll be taking 1 pill of D-Drol a day for a lil more enhancement in my daily workouts. (recommended dose on bottle is 2)
this is 3 different hormones the product have been banned by DEA

I was gonna do as a post cycle therapy (pct) Nolvadex 3 weeks after the cycle is done cause i heard that u still have the steroids in ur system and u need the Novladex only 3 weeks after stopping to bring you normal test levels up.

Do you guys thing i should take something to control estrogen levels while on this cycle cause i'm taking low dosages really of the 1 test Sustanon that i would have to worry about estrogen. from what i read Deca Durabolin doesn't produce much estrogen because its not testosterone its actually 19-nortestosterone

My workout plan is solid 5 days a week.
Monday - Chest & Triceps
Tuesday - Shoulders
Wensday - Back & traps & lats
Thursday - Legs Hard
Friday - Forearms & Biceps & Resistance Chest Cables
Saturday - REST
Sunday - REST

Oh and i have a question should i do any cardio cause usually i do between 20-60 minutes of cardio kinda lowered it now to 20-30 ? is this gonna go against me gaining the mass i want.

First time cycle was hoping for 20-25 pounds i already lift big naturally
First time cycle so i also was wondering if this was enough for me i could get another 10 vials of deca if needed wat do you guys think i'll update my weight increases Daily

For acne my friend told me i just need to drink like 2 gallons of water every day to basically pee out the bad stuff in the pimples

With this being your first cycle, I would recommend just using test only this time around. I wouldn't worry with the deca or drol.

As for your post cycle therapy (pct) wait two weeks after you last shot of test then begin a 4 week regimen of nolvadex. First 2 weeks 40mg/day Last 2 weeks 20mg/day. Deca will convert to progesterone which can cause gyno as well, and it is treated differently than estrogen induced gyno. That is why it is a good idea just to go with test for you first cycle, so if you start developing problems you know what compound is causing it. I don't think you will see any gyno from sust at such a low dose but just incase, have some nolvadex ready.

I think you should increase your test dosage to 350mg/wk and with sust you should shoot it at least three times a week because of the propionate ester. So you could shoot 120mg Mon/Wed/Fri, something like that. You can do cardio if you want just depends what your goals are, I just do it 20min 3x a week even when i'm bulking. For acne, if you get any, Just shower twice a day and wash real good. If you still get some then go to the store and get some over the counter stuff for it. Running 350mg of test a week with proper diet and training, I don't see why you couldn't gain 20lbs, but remember some of it will be water.

Oh and training 6 days a week might be alittle too much, I think 5 days is good with 2 days of rest.

Your too young and light to be doing steroids IMO you can obviously get a lot lot more out of your training and diet, both at least should be spot on before you even think about doing gear. How long have you been training for? not long enough I'd have thought. At your age you really do not need steroids and they are not a short cut.

The training you have posted is useless for your goals to bulk, far to much cardio and far to much time in the gym I think, you don't build muscle in the gym, but when your resting. You need to have an excess of calories to build muscle, how many calories are you getting a day?. Have a good look and post something in the training forum and post your diet in the diet forum.

For a first cycle, you only want to be doing one compound, don't do deca (nasty stuff anyway I think) or any orals. Best would be Test E or Test C, if you've alread got the sust then use that but I don't think it's the best for a first cycle, as D12345 said, sust should be done everyother day and can be painful for some. See how you get on with just Test on your first cycle before adding other compounds on future cycles.

Your dosage is to low as well, your going to get shutdown if your using 250mg or 500mg, so you may as well get the most out of your cycle you can and use 500mg a week, split in to 2 jabs of 250mg for a minimum of 10 weeks, but really your looking at 12 weeks.

Some More Info.

Kool thanks alot for the info. didn't know that about deca. and yea i'll cut it down to 5 days, also cardio i'll it just like u do 20mins 3 times a week sounds good to me.

The only thing is i got amps so i can't break the dosage down into 350mg's
(the glass single dosages)
So i guess i'll just keep the dosages i got already then :S
About Deca Durabolin i read everywhere dosages on cycles are like 300-600mg a week i'm wtf is this thing on is that for regular users or are these ppl just fillin up tha whole syringe and 2 timeing it lol thats crazy

hey so also with the shots i was just gonna do it every 3 days since i only got a limited supply and i figured 10 weeks of workin out with test is better results then 7 weeks of every otha day? wat do u think i work out hard anyway ? plus more time to recover? wat u think?

Also i'm gonna do winstrol after this cycle so i can lean out, cut, and harden my body. I got another question when i do winstrol you think i should stack it with Deca too i heard its a good stack for novice ?

For Liver, kidneys detoxins i got Milk Thistle and Beets.
Currently looking for Dandelion roots but don't know where i can get it from yet. any ideas on that ?

Oh and i read for workin out on the cycle that a good 4-6 reps wit the last 1 pushin 8 out with 3 sets workin out 4 exercises per muscle group is recommended on cycle.

My food consists of this:

morning
6 eggs
a bagel cream cheese
11 pill bag of animal stak multivitamins

brunch
50 gram protein shake
2 Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches

Lunch watever the college has for a full plate meal

Get Home food
2 Tuna Fish & mayo Sandwich (good fatty acids from fish)
Strawberry's
Oranges
A Sandwich with lettuce tommatoe pepperjack cheese turkey ham roast beef

Dinner
Pasta (mac shells, some form of pasta) or Small Red Potatoes
A Meat (big steak, 3 pork chops, chicken pieces, or ribs)

50 gram protein shake before sleeping

Thats bout what i'm sure of if i get other food in front of me i defintely eat it and it this when i get home I understand the concept of eat big workout hard and get big. i already gained 25 pounds like this


I recover quick as hell with no cycle but i just need to get those veins and really get my growth to that level so i can keep it there naturally i'm fighting major genes nobody is as big as i'm already am. i mean nobody thats why i think working out is 40% mental 10% physical and 50% pain.

Gonna read all those sticky's up there now more information the better, i'm on this because nobody really talks about it and i just didn't want to do something that would really fuk me up because i didn't know.

i'm gonna do every other day like you said 3 times a week basicly

250mg sustanon, 100mg deca, then again 250mg sustanon

and no oral

i gotta take the deca with a test so and i already have it so might aswell put it in a stack wit this test.

D I have heard this a bunch of times my question is what do you use then instead of Nolva? (Letro)?
I keep nolva and provien on hand but have yet had to ever use it.(Thank you god) But I have a nice stash of deca that i will use sooner or later one of these days so just in case I would like to be ready. I was told just because I never had a problem with gyno that doesen't mean that it still cant show itself one day...

Well i learned this from my own stupid personal experience. On a past cycle i ran deca and started to develop a lump under my right nipple, so naturally i started taking nolva. I realized after acouple days the the lump had gotten bigger and i started to get another lump under my left nip. So I researched and found out nolva makes it worse haha. So ya I got on some letro and that really helped alot and then i started on some cabergoline(Dostinex), which is a dopamine agonist, and stops prolactin production. Both of those fixed me right up and both lumps went away. Letro would probably be all you need, if you stay on top of gyno symptoms. But if you do like me and take nolva, and wait a long time, dostinex is what you'll need.

yea the guy i got my gear from says the exact same thing that its a good after test cycle because deca lubes your joints and does some other things

i up'd the dosage to 500mg sustanon a week, and 200mg deca a week but i only had 10ml of deca so thats gonna put the deca to only 5 weeks of my cycle (exactly what i wanted) and i'll still continue the sustanon at 500mg for another 5 weeks.

so basicly have 20 ml of sustanon and 10ml of deca.


i've read that the blood completely stabilizes at round 4 weeks so the cycle should be 8-10 weeks to get the most out of it? is this true cause then i'm definetly gonna do 10-12 weeks. cause i was considering when stopping the deca at week 5 of increasing the sustanon to 750mg a week (by getting more sustanon of coarse) but do you think that it would be better results to have a longer cycle at 500mg?

*I read that 500mg a week is good and 750-1000 bring in more side effects then results worth it. *does anybody oppose or agree with this statement?


also no serious gains except that i did increase on everything and i didn't push it, but nothing i lifted felt heavy. Just letting my body get use to the extra strength, recovery,stabilizing, acceptance and everything till i start pushing limits
just waiting till my 3rd week and i'm gonna post the weights, exercises, my weight, diet (basically the same but i'll post a difference is so) daily thanks again for the info on the gyno and such i'm ready with letro if shit hits my chest.
