I have a million questions but I wont be a "tool" and ask them all tonight.
Anyway I have been doing research and hitting my mid 30's I am finding it hard to get to the point where I was 10 years ago. I need an edge.
I am trying to go the safest route with the least amount of side effects. Being realistic 15-20 pounds of some ripped muscle will be more then enough to make me happy.
Thinking something along these lines for my first dabble :
Winstrol Tabs
Test or deca
Clomid to counter the test
Not sure of the dosages yet(still researching)
Now is it better to start with test? and if so whats the best form of injectable test?
5'8 155 pounds maybe 11% bodyfat.
Just hit the gym after a year layoff - Max around 200 on the bench have maxed as high as 240 at 165 - this done all natural.
