My first serious recomp cycle

you lucky bastard, hot and cool girls. its around 7pm there are you going to hit the clubs for new years?

I prefer to be at home with my mother for new year's than leave her alone. It's just my feelings. I have enough time to go to the clubs the next days or anytime I wish. But I prefer family first.

Not sure if it will have synergistic effect. I'm sure it won't hurt.

So is it ok to do this without coffee and energising drinks if I can handle the hunger? And split my dinner in 2 meals across the day?

And is 30gr of protein per day from my only meal really enough to prevent muscle loss with this huge caloric deficit and 4 times a week intense training? I'm just asking for my peace of mind, I'm a bit worried that I'm going to lose it and become skinny fat/flat.

Ahoy, matey. Sorry, I don't have anything like that even remotely available in my area. Only option is caffeine, pure and simple. It sounds silly and awkward to ask because shortcuts in fat loss and bodybuilding aren't quite effective and ideal and only naive and lazy people hunt them, but can I realistically expect visible fat loss from this protocol in 2-3 weeks of strictly adhering to it? Is it really possible to burn so much fat in such a short time and still look good and healthy? I plan to run it for at least a month, if I find the results satisfying and I can continue, I will run it for 2.

Yes you will see results to this very quickly is you keep the sugars and starches to a minimum.

Please keep us posted stay hydrated.

Take pictures and measure around your different body parts and keep records. FYI this protocol with burn the fat around your organs too. and the process speeds up the longer you are at this consistently.

Dont split your dinner. you need to stay in Ketosis all day and then have calories to repair heals and grow when you sleep at night.
Splitting dinner will take you out of Ketosis for too long and you won't see the results you desire. Caffeine pills or a natural for Guanarra maybe. Where are you by the way I may be able to find you a solution.

I'm a bit worried that I'll start looking like a concentration camp prisoner... I'm already seeing some results on the third day but I am beginning to thin out too much, are you sure my muscles aren't burnt as well ? I'm start to get flat. Is this from the lack of carbs only? Is 30gr of protein really enough to keep my muscle mass intact? I'm so worried that I won't like the results and I'll end up a skeleton :(

when you go Keto , then your body begins to shed all of the muscle glycogen stores and water. Your muscles will go flat and you'll prob lose 10 pounds of water weight. you'll look thin, this is normal.
the muscle is NOT getting catabolized, its just losing it glycogen stores, the muscle cells are still intact and can be filled back up again once your off of Keto or you do a crab re-feed

sounds like your E2 is high, stop panicking and ride it through.

1. Can I get ripped with this keto protocol in few months, like 3? Like 10-12% bf. And then just bulk up with Tren Ace , Test and something else and be a superstar? stupid question I know, but still fun if this works so good.

2. Can I integrate one carb refeed a week like a big bowl of fries with some cheese just to see my shapes filling up again and have a little escapade?

^ yep . you're way better off carb loading with just carbs , like rice , not carb loading with fats and carbs combined together.

why? will this help you achieve your goals?

Milton is correct- it won't. You don't need a refeed on an MCT diet.stick with it for 3-4 weeks, no refeeds, then you can switch to keto and incorporate refeeds with healthy carbs. Give up on the pizza and cheese fry wet dreams until you've actually achieved something!
