Yes, a fat panda monk. I only decided to lose the fat this life, after prolonged meditation.

This new experiment sounds like it'll burn more fat than even DNP. Hope it'll work better than anything, starving is a bitch, coffee or not.

I'm working out at a gym doing pretty intense circuit training 4 times a week and cardio 4 times a week + quite some walking on foot. I am not training at home. I am going to try this, just for the sake of it. If it works, I'll give you kudos and positive reviews and my gratitude.

Here are my questions, please shed some more light:


1. Should I understand 1 tablespoon of MCT oil as the said shot of MCT oil?
2. What kind of energy drinks? Red Bull, any energizing drink, even with sugar and chemicals? I'm hypersensitive to coffeine.
3. Can the dinner be 150grams of turkey breast or rabbit liver with some mexican mixed vegetables or 150gr of basmati rice?
4. So my protein shakes will be worthless and out of question in this diet?
5. Are the energy drinks enough to keep hunger at bay? Note that they are also quite highly caloric, at least where I live, a full dose is around 400-500 kcal and full of sugars and sweeteners.
6. Are you 100% sure I won't lose muscle mass with this caloric deficit and low proteins while training at the gym and using Test/Cardarine/MCT? Will I basically be on a effective road to ripped?
7. Are the physical changes going to be good looking enough to warrant this kind of diet?
8. Is a margin of error still acceptable while getting good results? Suppose I exceed 500 kcal by 100-150 calories.
9. How much time should I follow this diet at least to see good results?

Sorry I thought I read you wore working out at home. So everyones results will very . I will tell you you need to make use you are not hypothyroid. If you are you will not loose any fat with out first normalizing your t3 levels.

So you can get Keto sticks at the pharmacy. Going into Ketosis is easy wi the MCt oil and painless with the 5 hr energy drinks. I use caffeine because is makes it so your just not hungry.

Not sure what your deal is with Rabbit liver. I know rabbit is super low fat and low fat is not healthy. You want to make there you feeding fats and amino acids and minerals so you hypothalamus pituitary system doesn't shut down your metabolism. I mean this diet for 2 months on and off for 2 month to the tune pf 50 lbs. about 35 pounds of body fat I put on after an injury. My schedule made it hard to stay on it longer that that.

There are other things you should know the MCT oil should be from coconut. It has a anti inflammatory property. It is anti fungal too and kills off the yeast in your digestive track. This will will be one of the first things you will notice is that your not bloated.

Fyi - I really like the way every has shelved the attitudes this stuff really is amazing. 8 out of 10 of us have an over abundance of yeast in our digestive system due to the factory farming practices of feeding animals antibiotics. Or from taking then when side ourselves. This kids off all the bacteria in the digestive system both good and bad. The good takes 21 days to come back if supplementing probiotics the yeast feeds on sugar and only takes 7 days to come back and takes over. when you mix sugar and water and yeast you get gas. This is why when you eat a slice of pizza from the local that used the cheap bleach white flower ( starch = sugar washed down with a drink ) + bloated belly. FyI It takes months and month to die from starvation. This is not a starvation diet you are just using the fat reseats for energy.

Fyi I have use DNP a few times with very good results and almost died using it and will never us it again. Part of the problem is you never know how it is dosed and it is not worth doing over. i have to get into my swing pool isn the middle of winter in 60 degree water to for hrs for keep from frying my body and m monitor by body temperature to make sure I didn't dance with hypothermia. Not very fun in front of your family.
 
Big disclaimer if you are new to MCT Oil it will give you explosive diarrhea. Don't ever gamble on a fart you will straight up piss out of your ass a few times a day till your body adapts to the Mct oil. Keep extra pants with you if you have to leave the house. I'm not joking. It won't be fire just pressure and water and when ever else.

Or just a small cup of good ol plain coffee if pills aren't easy to find, right? Those two are my only options.

your a piece of work my friend, your pinning yourself with test which will have an effect on your hormones in all sorts of ways and your worried about getting a little caffeine into your system?

Will cardarine have a significant impact in the overall results of this as well or it's isignificant?
 
Ok so I prefer the 5hr energy drinks because they are only 5 calories and they have 3 different forms of caffeine and don't make you jittery.

Ahoy, matey. Sorry, I don't have anything like that even remotely available in my area. Only option is caffeine, pure and simple. It sounds silly and awkward to ask because shortcuts in fat loss and bodybuilding aren't quite effective and ideal and only naive and lazy people hunt them, but can I realistically expect visible fat loss from this protocol in 2-3 weeks of strictly adhering to it? Is it really possible to burn so much fat in such a short time and still look good and healthy? I plan to run it for at least a month, if I find the results satisfying and I can continue, I will run it for 2.

I have to let caffeine down, I am starting to be a useless retard with awkward behaviour and half braindead. I feel like half of my brain has just been taken out of the fridge and attached to me. It's like I've been raised from the grave. I feel completely numb. Is it still ok to run this without caffeine as long as I can keep my appetite suppresed and respect macros/cals? Or is caffeine/energy drinks a absolute necessity? I'm really not that much hungry, surprisingly enough.

Also ate half of my 400gr bulgarian salad at lunch. so 200gr left for dinner. Is this a problem? If i split my only real meal of the day in two and eat it across the day.

what region of this planet do you live where they dont sell 5 hour energy drinks? Ive seen those in all sorts of remote places at every 7-11 i go into from Russia to Argentina.

Romania. But I don't need any drinks, I'm fine as I am now matey. I almost starved the whole day and I feel like I've eat normally.

I was in Bucharest last May and saw lots of stores that offered energy style drinks and I was even drinking Vodka Redbulls at the Control Club, beautiful girls man. :whipping:
